ENTRY & WRISTBANDS

No pass outs
Once you enter the festival, re-entry is not permitted.

Strictly 18+ only
This is an 18+ event.
Valid photo ID is required and will be checked on entry.
Our trained security team will identify fake IDs — no exceptions.

Tickets & wristbands
Please have your ticket ready for scanning on arrival.
You will be issued a festival wristband, which must remain on for the entire event.
Anyone without a wristband will be escorted from the festival.

SECURITY & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Bag and ID checks will be conducted on entry.

No glass is permitted anywhere within the festival footprint.*

Any prohibited items* found at entry will be confiscated and discarded.

ALCOHOL & LICENSING

There are three separate liquor licences operating during Yuki Fest:

Bar Yuki

Yuki Fest

Milton Hotel

Due to NSW licensing laws:

Drinks must remain within the venue they were purchased from.
We’re not being difficult — this is a legal requirement and will be enforced.

No alcohol areas
There will be designated NO ALCOHOL zones.
Anyone consuming alcohol in these areas will be escorted from the premises and not permitted to re-enter.

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

This is an outdoor event — pack sunscreen, wear a hat, and stay hydrated.

Please follow all staff and security directions at all times.

ENTRY LOCATION

Festival entry is via Wason Street from the highway.
Follow signage and staff instructions on arrival.

    For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, the following items are not permitted into Yuki Fest:

    Bags & Large Items

    • Large bags

    • Oversized bags (small handbags allowed)

    • Eskies / hard cooler boxes

    • Trolleys

    • Large prams / strollers

    Alcohol, Drinks & Food

    • Alcohol (no BYO)

    • Illegal substances of any kind

    • Soft drinks or other beverages (sealed water may be permitted)

    • Glass bottles or cans

    Weapons, Dangerous Items & Tools

    • Weapons of any kind or items that can be used as a projectile

    • Knives (including cheese knives)

    • Metal cutlery

    • Scissors

    • Chains, spiked accessories, or studded belts

    • Aerosol cans

    • Fireworks, flares

    • Laser pointers

    • Permanent markers / felt tip pens

    • Any item deemed unsafe by event staff or security

    Cameras, Recording & Devices

    • Professional cameras and detachable-lens cameras (Unless authorised by management)

    • Audio or video recording devices

    • Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods

    • Drones or remote-controlled devices

    • Large power banks / excessive charging packs

    Signs, Flags & Props

    • Signs or posters larger than A3

    • Flags/banners larger than 1m x 1m

    • Flag poles

    • Illuminated objects such as LED signage

    Shelter / Structures

    • Tents, marquees, canopies, shade structures

    • Large umbrellas

    Noise Makers

    • Air horns, sirens

    • Vuvuzelas

    • Whistles or other disruptive noise devices

    Mobility Items

    • Bicycles

    • Scooters

    • Skateboards / skates

    Clothing / Entry Refusal

    • Offensive clothing

    • MC club attire or gang-affiliated clothing

    • Balaclavas or face coverings intended to conceal identity. Religious, cultural, medical, and disability-related face coverings are permitted.

    • Motorbike helmets inside the event area

    Animals

    • Animals/pets (excluding registered service animals)

    Yuki Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person carrying items considered unsafe, disruptive, or likely to cause a public nuisance.
